Buyers eye indie digital ad shops

Large, independent digital ad firms are in short supply, and big holding companies and other firms are active in trying to acquire interactive expertise, according to this article. Japanese holding company Dentsu appears to be interested in global digital shop AKQA, which is owned by a private equity firm, while digital shop Rosetta LLC is reportedly in negotiations to acquire Level Studios.
