Calif. bill would require schools to offer free water in cafeteria

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger is expected to sign a bill requiring California school cafeterias to offer students free water, which a survey found was not available in 40% of districts. A second bill awaiting the governor's signature would regulate beverages in child-care facilities and require that water be provided.
