More restaurant brands add online ordering

Domino's Pizza and Papa John's have seen a significant shift to the Web since launching their online ordering systems, and other chains are hoping to see similar results. Online ordering systems carry relatively high upfront costs, but experts say the systems provide an efficient way to track orders and quickly deal with problems such as delayed deliveries.
