Trophy space is becoming scarce in Washington

Trophy space in the nation's capital is becoming less available as law firms and other high-end tenants took advantage of the concessions that landlords offered during the recession. With little new space in the pipeline, trophy building rents have risen 5% in Washington, according to a report by Jones Lang LaSalle.
