USEF seeks to relocate equine-research facility to Kentucky

The U.S. Equestrian Federation has announced plans to transfer the Equine Drug Testing and Research Lab in New York to a 7,500-square-foot space at the University of Kentucky in Lexington. The new facility is expected to test about 15,000 urine and blood samples from competition horses across the country, and will serve as a safety research lab for curbing "rotational" falls during event competitions.
