What should hybrid learning look like?

Schools across the country are developing hybrid teaching models that include online and face-to-face instruction, but what those look like is up for debate. Teaching models include those that allow co-teaching by virtual and classroom educators, the use of an on-site facilitator that assists students and the virtual instructor or the coaching of students in online classes. "Everybody's talking about blended, but you talk to 10 different people, and there are 10 definitions of what it is," said an executive with an online-schools operator.
