Book, foundation grow out of friendship between student, aide

A friendship that began a decade ago between Mike Berkson, then a 12-year-old student with cerebral palsy, and his school aide, Tim Wambach, has led to a book, a series of speaking engagements and the creation of a nonprofit group to help individuals with disabilities. Proceeds from the pair's work helps fund their foundation, Keep On Keeping On, and the two are now launching an original stage show called "Handicap This!"
