Ghana vows action on child labor

Officials in Ghana said they will enforce the Harkin-Engel protocol to fight against child labor in the cocoa industry. The protocol takes aim at the worst forms of child labor, and is a partnership between U.S. officials, the global cocoa and chocolate industry, and the governments of Ghana and the Ivory Coast.
