App allows patients to provide real-time feedback to providers

The University of Pennsylvania Health System has unveiled an application that will enable patients to send real-time feedback to providers. The app, designed by Yorn, was piloted by Penn Medicine Center for Healthcare Innovation and the Clinical Effectiveness and Quality Improvement Department for three months before it was officially launched.
