House spending bill that targets ACA faces a rocky path in Senate

A stopgap spending bill from the House of Representatives that includes language to defund the Affordable Care Act will soon head to the Senate. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., plans to use two cloture votes to move the bill along and an "amendment to strike," to remove the health care language. However, Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, vows to fight such a bill and prolong the debate.
