Seniors continue to seek value of preferred-network plans

Monthly premiums for some Medicare Part D plans will drop next year, and more plans will be available, including managed care plans, according to CMS data. An Avalere analysis of the data noted beneficiaries are expected to continue embracing "value-priced options" Part D plans that make use of preferred pharmacy networks.
