Travel leaders urge Congress to address wait times for customs

More than 70 travel industry executives wrote Congress a letter urging action to ensure wait times at customs entry points are 30 minutes or less. According to a report by the U.S. Travel Association, wait times for customs at the busiest U.S. airports stretch to nearly five hours, costing travel-related businesses in the U.S. up to $416 million a year.
