South Chicago residents debate school reform proposal

Many parents are uneasy about Chicago's ambitious plan to close 60 schools and create 100 new, predominately small ones, with most to be run by charters or contractors. While some argue that anything is better than the status quo, others fear their children will once again be guinea pigs for unproven small school and charter models.
