Survey: Most patients approve of hospital experience

The vast majority of patients say they are either "delighted" or "pleased" with the overall care they receive at hospitals, however some hospitals can fall short on relatively simple services, according to a new survey. Only 13% of 2,500 patients surveyed in the 2005 National Hospital Service Performance Study said they were "dissatisfied" by an inpatient experience.
