Sartori boasts improvements at Blackfoot Cheese plant

Sartori Foods has implemented significant improvements at its Blackfoot Cheese plant in Idaho, including the enhancement of the plant's boiler and refrigeration system and the addition of a new equalization tank. Sartori, which bought the plant a little more than one year ago, realized the changes needed to be made ahead of future expansion, as well as to improve safety and energy use.
