Banks cautious about Fed's proposal to review pay

Members of Congress and bankers are split on the question of whether the Federal Reserve should regulate bankers' pay. Some are angry at what they see as a power grab by the central bank. But others say they believe it is appropriate and won't weigh too heavily on banks that already have effective compensation practices in place.
