MIXX kickoff


IAB President and CEO Randall Rothenberg kicked off the MIXX Conference & Expo with a bit of impromptu networking. At Rothenberg's urging, attendees exchanged business cards with those sitting around them. After the flurry of handshakes subsided, Rothenberg said the digital media space was "poised on the precipice of a remarkable explosion of growth." In Rothenberg's view, the recession "masked a larger truth" -- the profound shift of advertising budgets from traditional to interactive. Check out Rothenberg's take via Twitter
