Officials weigh repair, replacement for Canadian bridge

The Pierre Delorme Bridge outside Winnipeg, Manitoba, is sinking, and officials are studying whether to repair or replace it. Regulators closed the bridge in August after a supporting pier shifted and caused structural instability. The shifting pier also caused the bridge deck to buckle.
