Pollster Luntz spills on society's new dirty words

Communications consultant Frank Luntz has published a book, "What Americans Really Want ... Really," in which he says that Americans want accountability in Washington -- as shown in the battle over health care reform -- and that "Wall Street" has become a dirty word. Wall Street needs "to change the lexicon: pay for performance; merit pay; alignment -- there is a lexicon to connect Wall Street to those it serves, but [Wall Street is} not using it." The lexicon for Washington should be: accountability, responsibility and oversight, Luntz added.
