San Francisco relies on Dutch expertise for rising seas

A U.S.-Dutch symposium in San Francisco on rising sea levels in the Bay area drew on expertise from those who live in a country with 50% of its land below sea level. The Dutch government has embraced a "living with water" strategy to prevent flooding and has formed partnerships with Indonesia, the Yangtze Delta in China and the Mekong Delta in Vietnam to share expertise on water management.
