Tiffany upbeat about holiday business

Despite a down economy, high-end jewelry retailer Tiffany & Co. is optimistic about the upcoming holiday season. Although Tiffany is not yet in "positive territory," company President James Quinn says the retailer plans to continue with its no-discount policy, resisting the trend to offer lower prices during the recession. According to Quinn, pricing items right the first time and planning a financially conservative outlook will help prepare Tiffany for the crucial holiday shopping season.
