Chief of a Boeing union blames suppliers for Dreamliner delays

Suppliers are at fault for delays associated with Boeing's Dreamliner 787 and 747-8 planes, said Ray Goforth, executive director of the manufacturer's engineering union. Boeing "really saddled themselves with some partners who are just not capable of doing the job," Goforth said.
