Rating agencies give Europe's rescue fund their highest classification:

Moody's Investors Service, Standard & Poor's and Fitch Ratings gave AAA ratings to the European Financial Stability Facility, a fund set up by the eurozone and the International Monetary Fund to rescue governments facing possible default. The fund doesn't plan to sell bonds until it is called upon to help a member state.
