Bass Pro Shops is accused by EEOC of discriminatory hiring

Managers at Bass Pro Shops refused to hire nonwhite workers and retaliated against employees who disagreed with the company's hiring practices, a lawsuit filed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission alleges. The company denies the allegations, and says the EEOC is biased against those who support outdoor sports.
