Lawmakers in Missouri continue to debate the boundaries of online communication between students and teachers. The state Senate has passed legislation that requires districts to develop policies. That bill is under consideration by the House. However, the uncertainty has some students and teachers questioning whether they will be able to continue online communication regarding schoolwork and academic topics.
