Boeing exec: "National security questions" with EADS merger

The proposed $48 billion merger of EADS and BAE Systems raises "national security questions" that regulators should examine closely, said Dennis Muilenburg, CEO of Boeing's defense operations. "This is a serious matter that needs to be scrutinized," Muilenburg said of the possible deal between Europe's EADS and Britain's BAE.
