Female Thunderbird pilot will fly at Calif. airshow

Iraq war veteran Maj. Caroline Jensen is one of eight U.S. Air Force fighter pilots who will fly Thunderbirds this weekend at the California International Airshow in Salinas. "It's pretty amazing to be part of this team and represent the 400,000 men and women who are working hard every day as members of the United States Air Force," said Jensen. "What we do at an airshow brings the precision and the pride that we deploy during combat missions to a visible presentation that is entertaining for the public."
