Orange County, Calif., opens dual-use school-county library

Thanks to funding from both the school system and the county, a new 60,000-book county library located in Ladera Ranch Elementary and Middle School now serves students and the general community. The school library section is off-limits to outsiders until after 4:15 p.m. on weekdays.
