Study: Acupuncture-like therapy relieves post-surgical pain, nausea

A high-tech therapy similar to acupuncture can significantly reduce the pain and nausea that can occur following major breast cancer surgery, a new study says. In place of the needles typically used in acupuncture, the researchers used a tiny device in which an electrode was attached to a specific acupuncture point near the wrist called P6.
