Report: New Jersey could see job boom by going green

An investment of $3.2 billion in environmental programs and clean-energy technologies could bring 57,000 new jobs to New Jersey, according to a recent report sponsored by the Center for American Progress. The investment could be used to retrofit buildings, build solar panels and wind turbines and develop biofuels, among other measures.
