Data: Bing increases share of U.S. search market

Google in August continued to lose market share to Microsoft's Bing, which accounted for 9.3% of U.S. Web searches for that month, data indicates. Bing, which debuted in June, improved from its July share of 8.9%. Meanwhile, search-engine leader Google's U.S. share decreased 0.1% to 64.6% in August.
