Exercise during pregnancy helps keep baby's weight down

Pregnant women who regularly exercise can help prevent excessive weight in their newborns, Norwegian researchers said. The study found the odds of delivering a baby with fetal macrosomia were reduced by up to 28% in women who continued to exercise during their second and third trimesters.
