Intelligence agencies, terrorist groups abroad support insurgents

U.S. General Stanley McChrystal says the U.S. has evidence that elements within Pakistani and Iranian intelligence agencies -- specifically, the Inter-Services Intelligence agency in Pakistan and the Quds Force of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard -- are providing support to insurgent groups operating in Afghanistan. Pakistani officials claim to have separated all ties with the Taliban. In further evidence that axis of evil are realigning, a video showed members of al Shabeeb in Somalia vowing allegiance to Osama bin Laden.
