Keep employees energized, happy with strengths-based management

With studies showing that employee happiness is linked to profit by more than 93% and that employee stress costs U.S. businesses more than $300 billion a year in increased absenteeism and decreased productivity, any cost in keeping workers happy should be considered worthwhile. One tool for doing so is strengths-based management, which involves tailoring work schedules to allow employees to spend as much time as possible on the activities that energize them.
