Opinion in European case could be victory sign for Google

A legal opinion prepared for the European Court of Justice has found that Google's practice of selling keywords tied to rivals companies' trademarks is not a trademark violation. The court is close to issuing a final ruling in the case, which involves LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton and other marketers, who alleged trademark infringement on the part of Google.
