Retired husband Roger May writes about how he has taken over some of the responsibility of preparing dinner each night, and concludes "the role of a cook is a lot more challenging than you might think." He took a class in cooking fish, but found it intimidating, since his classmates were women "so eager to cook that I wanted to leave my recipes behind and take one of the ladies home with me," he writes.
