Gemma Arterton, who has played the role of a James Bond girl and stars in the soon-to-be-released "Tamara Drewe" film, says actresses are poorly treated by the power ranks of Hollywood and that change is needed to make female characters as real and as vibrant as today's male characters in the movies.
