Booking travel online has become easier than ever, but there is so much more to traveling than booking a trip. This area is where travel agents shine. "If I've sold them that trip, then I'm with them from start to finish," said Malcolm Potter, owner of Worldwide Travel in Tucson. "If they need to change it, I'm here to help them change it. If they get in trouble, I'm here to help them out of trouble." Agencies are finding that individual, personalized service beyond simply booking travel is what allows them to survive and thrive.
