Senate bill would fully fund FAA's NextGen system

The Senate Appropriations subcommittee has approved legislation that would fully fund the Federal Aviation Administration's Next Generation air-traffic-control modernization system. The bill would provide $3.5 billion in funding for the Airport Improvement Program.
