Study shows jerk bosses might be psychopaths

One out of 25 bosses are likely to have psychopathic traits, according to a study by Paul Babiak, a psychologist and management consultant who studied more than 200 management-track professionals. Although psychopathic professionals advance quickly by being charming and conniving, the long-term results of their performance are often dismal, psychology expert Robert Hare said.
