Big Apple chefs take chances in Philadelphia's food scene

Successful chefs from New York City are moving to Philadelphia as the city experiences a major dining renaissance. Chef Eli Kulp, formerly of Torrisi Italian Specialties in Manhattan, leads the kitchen at Fork and serves up creative Italian dishes such as squid-ink bread and homemade gnocchi.
