Colo. regulators discover more oil spills triggered by flooding

Colorado regulators discovered have more oil spills in the state's Wattenberg field that were triggered by heavy flooding. A group of storage tanks spilled 2,400 gallons, while an oil tank that floated away leaked about 900 gallons. High waters also delayed cleanup operations, regulators said.
