Hotels bring a new twist to cocktails

As they strive to become more competitive, hotel bars are getting more creative with their cocktails, beer and nonalcoholic drinks. Even big chains are getting in on the mix, with Marriott, for instance, introducing a cocktail program at its Renaissance hotels that features creative concoctions such as a martini called "A Star is Born" at its property in Los Angeles.
