Some grape juices provide same cardiac benefits as red wine

Independent studies have found grape juice, especially if made from red and dark purple Concord grapes, provides cardiac benefits similar to red wine. The juice and the wine reduce the risk of blood clots and prevent bad cholesterol from sticking to coronary arteries.
