Ban: Momentum building for Copenhagen

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon urged world leaders forward in their efforts to come to consensus on global climate change during a one-day summit Tuesday, saying momentum has shifted in favor of forging a global climate change treaty in Copenhagen in December. "Climate change is a defining challenge of our time. Today's summit signals a determination of world leaders to address this challenge and reach a substantive deal in Copenhagen," Ban said.
