Pépin: "I have had the best of all worlds"

Jacques Pépin, who is being honored by the Newport Mansions Wine & Food Festival, said he has seen many positive changes in the 50 years since he arrived in New York from France. The famed chef, cookbook author and television personality said chefs today are using more local and organic ingredients, but portions are still too large.
