BioMed Realty to acquire San Francisco portfolio for $298 million

BioMed Realty Trust is buying two life-center complexes in San Francisco for $298 million. They are the Science Center at Oyster Point and the Gateway Business Park, both of which are fully leased. Separately, BioMed announced it was planning to sell at least 13.5 million shares to repay debt and fund acquisitions.
