Nielsen to introduce new Web ad measurements

Nielsen is readying a system that will allow advertisers to better measure their audience reach on the Web, insiders revealed. The company plans to release details of the service during Advertising Week next week. Facebook is reportedly among the sites that will take part in an upcoming trial run of the system, which is based on the gross rating points system used to measure TV ads.
