Public TV execs target boomers with integrated media project

A group of public broadcasters is teaming up to launch Next Avenue, a project that will target baby boomers with a website offering content on health, finances and other topics as well as TV programming and events. The organizers are hoping to fund the project with the support of corporate underwriters who will purchase yearlong sponsorship packages in exchange for special acknowledgment throughout the Next Avenue platforms.
