$650M port project would focus on sustainable movement of goods

The Port of Long Beach in California hopes to develop a $650 million container terminal showcasing "sustainable goods movement." Docked ships would have clean electricity at hand and rail lines to the docks would reduce the need for trucks. The port recently released draft environmental documents for the project.
